    cause the DV's hate the players, more and more i see really stupid moves made by developers, its not just associated with this game, its all throughout from tv stations to sports owners, bottom line, they dont care about the people "us players" that have to deal with what ever situation good or bad they cause by the actions of a few not so bright dvs/owners.

    I was under the impression it was because the devs thought that the primary usage of blues was to get AD by selling the items in the AH. This is generally true for rares found during leveling, but 60-69 are generally fed to the stronghold mimic for salvage and 70 stuff was fed to artifacts for refining purposes.
