Auction House Problem

I've a problem on the Auction house.
I put on sale a few things at auction, but at the expiration nobody bought them, but now I can not get them back because no message has arrived in my in-game mail box to redeem them.



The same thing happens to the things I've tried to buy they show up in my bids section as "expired" and "you are winning" but I haven't gotten any items or AD back.

    SORRY for the double post!!!

    I've a problem on the Auction house.

    Same here on two of my characters. Please tell me I don't have to get in contact with support to resolve this. :neutral:

    Yeah I'd like to have this answered as well before I have any more AD tied up waiting to be withdrew from AH

    Unfortunately this is a bug with the AH currently, where you have to wait 10 days to get your items. If it has been longer than 10 days since the auction expired, please contact Customer Support. The devs are aware of this issue, and are working on figuring out how to fix it, though as far as I know, they do not yet have a fix.

    I have just had the same issue. is there no way to expidite this? i needed those bags of crystals for double prof weekend.
