New cc immunity how will it work vs transfer bilethorn?

As some of you know bile thorn has a slow cc at higher ranks... will this slow stack cause cc immunity in player during pvp? If so this enchant has been officially destroyed.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    Every hit that applies a cc, adds 1 stack towards immunity at 4. At least thats my understanding about the new mechanic.

    Thus rendering the enchantment useless in pvp for fast strikers like tr.
