Can't patch

So I reinstalled Arc and NW but for some reason the patch of 10gb stoped at 3gb, so I canceled and tryed to log in again and now it says patching but is doing nothing, does anyone know what the problem is or the solution might be?

    Try running as admin. If that don't work launch the game from it's folder not Arc

    Reboot your computer. I'm not sure why this works, but it has worked for many people, myself included.
