Chult Boons Item Level

On my GF I have 2 loadouts (1 off, 1 def). On my off loadout I put the 2x Tyrant's Terror Boon and on my def I put 2x Overgrown Boons. After that I noticed a 30 point IL diference between the two loadouts. I hovered my cursor over the 2x Tyrant's Terror Boons and it said 60 IL and I hovered my cursor over the 2x Overgrown Boon and it said 30 IL, so I presumed it is a bug.

Overall idea of IL boons is not very good. But giving 30 IL for boon that can take days to achieve is simply cruel. When characters are now 13-16k IL, 30 IL will make no difference! But no! This is devs idea and it is great. No! It sucks and boon system is broken as whole game, only giving us more grind for less achievements. And answering for question, yes - some boons are giving more IL that they should and sometimes IL from boon is not counted like on my GF, 3 boons from DR gave me 0 IL. Great.
