Mount Issue

Having been redirected by Codex to the Forum, I will now reiterate the issue here:
I have a problem with using the ingame mounts.
1. I can not swap out mounts. Swap to Stable button is grayed out.
2. I can not add new mounts. Tells me something about insignias for mounts, but all I want to do is add a mount to the empty slot.
3. I can not remove mounts, it just does nothing. Drag and Drop another mount to the UI spot tells me something along the lines of "Item does not go there".
4. Will not recognize any mounts in my possession, or in the Add-Mount window (neither line nor grid view).
5. Issue is account wide. I even tried it on another account and the issue persists there as well.
On my main char, Fiyah MC'Ingol, I can only use four out of five mounts. On my secondary, Flinx, I can only use the three I had slotted...
I hope to hear about fix on this issue soon.

Thread can be closed...
This is what I did to remedy the issue.My last char on the account, before I took a long break, did not have a mount at all...
So I took her through the quest line on obtaining a mount, where to get, etc. and lo&behold the mount system worked correctly...
