Templock!

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anybody has a good build to follow I'm 3.7 il I'm on Xbox so I'm waiting for loadouts but I just would love to hear some real good opinions on templock builds have a respec I can use

Well, firstly what you want from templock in first place.
Do u want be more field healer, buff/debuff(support), or want be decent healer, yet focusing on dps.
With temptation build there is no bad builds..

Anyways, if you want high tear templock which capable to deal lot of dmg and help others.. I would recommend to ask @fernuu, he have played as templock.

I kinda wanna be a hybrid lol bit of a buff/debuff but also healing! Dps isn't a real big thing for me since I always play a healer/buffer in other games I play!

Temptation warlock, is hybrid.
You are field, buff/debuff and heal, plus you have dps. And dps is just based, non enchanted, while fury have enchanted, because have dmg boosting feats.

Thats mean your dmg scaling depend on gear..

Anyways you mentioned that you are 3.7k GS. Thats kinda high GS.. So I would suggest you to check
@stathisjoestar, or aka seducer build.

What enchantment for weapon do you think I should run I want to try to optimize everything I have

I'd recommend Brutals / Radiants. Keep in mind you need to do damage to heal

Don't worry about life steal %. You will have more than enough (I boost it with Dark One's Blessing)

To more precise with Dark ones blessing and Prince of hell

Still I do wonder about ArP requirement when comes with templock healing.. Curious what kind arp/RI stats u have with templock...

So should I ditch the azures and just go radiants in offensive slots? And darks in defense slots?

Build it like dps. 60% RI. Class powers prince of hell, dark ones or shadow walk. I run shadow walk with prince of hell. 28% lifesteal-without life steal boon. Getting life steal boon next month=stupid amounts of lifesteal. Reccommend 3 slot enchantments in defense slots-to get max stat increase for assassins covenant.

I stick to Flames of Empowerment as second class power. It's still 5% more damage, better than 5% more life steal.

I went up and down with lifesteal to see what is feasible and what is overkill. In the end I think that a lifesteal chance between 35 and 40% is optimal (with Greater Everfrost set and Endless Consumption). How you get there is up to you (passives, boons, gear,...). I went up to over 60% but there is no appreciable difference (you lifesteal more but in the end you can't heal people over their max health).
My set-up is a damage debuffing one (Trans. Feytouched, Valhalla set, Aura of Despair, Hellish Condemnation, Hand of Blight main-hand bonus), so I focus on keeping enemy damage low and healing. DPS is still decent if I can keep up Tyrannical Threat enough).

This is based on runs in FBI and mSP, being the only healer. Don't know if it will hold in the new dungeon.

Having 5k LS, which is about 25% chance and it's more than enough for DoT based powers.. Plus I don't use Dark ones blessing + Prince of hell or shadow walk.. Neither Vampiric embrace..

Better stay with NoPity, no Mercy + Foe for dungeons..
Why?
Mostly , due offhandfeat NP,NM 5% DR reduction + greater Dread 4% DR reduction interaction. Which lead to 9% DR reduction.
Some say that offhand feat NPNM affect only me.. Well. If target got affected by this offhand feat, lose 5% DR, but after that greater dread WE shred extra 4%.. Which still lead in 9% DR reduction... On top add FoE + WB or HG is target can be CC. and you have lot of dmg boost, and more dmg = more HP restoring.

And so far I found no problems with such set up..

By the way,, I heard rumors that Fey don't got well along with PoP, cause some bad interactions.

Hi there,

I am using T.Flaming with my templock, someone told me this w.enchant has issues with PoP, is that true? In which way?

Also, has anyone tried Burning Guidence with templock? does it worths the try?

I play my templock as dps, 100% crit, vorpal , NPNM/FoE plus Shadow Walk are my favorites.
At 50% lifesteal there is no need to run Prince of hell or blessing of battle or care about any weapon enchant that results in micro heals. You keep your party up anyway, till someone get´s onehittet.
