Thank you. I was being more rhetorical, as it is simply our own power being sold back to us. They couldn't bring bondings to rank 14 and make them even more powerful than before. So they suddenly were "OP" and needed adjusting.
I can't understand why there is a single person out there who isn't infuriated by this. they should leave them where they are at r12 and add something else that isn't tied to the percentage to bump up to 14. either that or they need to give every single person a 2 rank bump for every bonding stone they currently own. this is a colossally bad decision on their parts. for all the rabble raised here more will just quit.
My guess is that Mod 13 will bring a dungeon that requires all or almost all rank 14s to meet the entry level.
and the special gear you need to kill the boss uses / depletes raw ads to charge them (36000 to be exact coincidentally your dailiy limit ) instead of blackice or vandercrap lol
and the chest will use 1 key from each area to unlock it or alterantively destroys 1 item on you character randomly as tribute you chose
