Right i have a augment companion with 1 neck and 2 belts (leg bullet pup)
I know you can reinforce belts, rings and necks with major ap or stamina /guard gain.

Question is can we reinforce out companion gear, and will the stats / ili proc back to our character??? Or is it just a mega waste

    Last I heard the only one the works is the regen jewel since companions don't have AP or stamina stats but DO have regen. Wether or not it transfers to you, I don't know for sure but my opinion is it wouldn't be worth investing in anyway

    The iLvl transfers, but as the dr above stated, the only stat that transfers is Regen.
