Leadership profession not enabling the higher activities

I've ranked Leadership to 18 (nearly 19) and now I can't seem to complete tasks any higher than 7 even though I have the requirements for the tasks at the higher levels.
Only change I have made recently was acquiring a few Heros.

I open the higher rank task and can even see that I have all the "materials" for them, but no dice. I can't start the task.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

did you also acquire the leadership gear? Infantry weapon and armor for sale at the "Profession Supplies Merchant"

I have plenty of gear in inventory. I can even click on the requirements and see plenty of them all. I just tried removing theHeros from my inventory to see if that solved it. Nope. Still a no go when I was doing it just two days ago. Frustrating.

When you select a task it should tell you the problem in red writing if there's an issue, look closely as sometimes it's not obvious.

Some of the tasks don't require anything other than personnel but just check you have worn armor and weapons by going into your inventory, re-sort everything using the auto-sort function (in case something's stuck) and make sure that the crafters and storage areas aren't full.

well, I always had plenty of items and it was red. Clicking on the red items showed more than enough personnel and materials. However, I made it to Level 19 and it reset itself so I'm a happy camper again. Thanks for your time everyone.
