( PC ) Game won't patch / update

So Arc says the game is installed, even though it doesn't show up on my program list for me to uninstall. The loader will open, I can log in, but when it goes to patch it just sits there. I left it open all night, and it never even started patching. I uninstalled all of Arc just to get the game uninstalled, since I couldn't find another way, and tried reinstalling it. It worked at first, then got to 30% and just stopped, and now when I re-load the patcher it gives me the same error as before. Just the word 'Patching' with no movement or data transfer at all.

Same just sits on patching page of installer.

Also, if I try to install via Steam, it runs the patcher just fine. It's only when I launch it through Arc that it messes up.

Funny, that statement about Steam - I couldn't get the game to run from the Steam download.
I think the Admins are on holiday - Easter, dontcha know.
Those that aren't on holiday are likely overloaded, trying to do all the work by themselves.
Too bad for me, Customer Service page has been down for the last couple/few days.
Broken artifact weapon makes combat challenging.

I'm having this same problem. I tried installing through Arc and it froze at 35%. I stopped it and tried to install again, and now it won't even start patching at all. I've tried installing through Arc and through Steam, same thing.

I am also having this issue, tried both Arc and Steam. Game got to 53% patched and just stalled. I Let it sit there for 8 hours, never moved. Tried restarting and reinstalling, same results.

Same problem. Cant get the client to patch my game. It just doesnt start at all. Whats going on?

Try to set the patching server proxy to US. it's in the launcher -> options, a bit down the list. It's important to remove it after the patching completed, or the game will freeze during in game patches.

Any fix for this? I'm having the same problem - it's frozen on 9% a few times and on 59% a few times.

I've restarted my computer, deleted all Neverwinter files and reinstalled through Arc. I've done what micky1p00 said and set the Proxy to US so I'll see if that works.

On both Neverwinter and Star Trek online my game wont patch either.

I guess they're still on Easter holiday.....in July. No admin response. I'm having the same exact problem. Was hoping to find a solution. Oh well. Looked like a nice game.

Hello. I have some issues with patching/downloading the game. About 11% the patching/downloading is stop, and seems like don't do nothing.. Here is the image: http://imgur.com/a/hONCL I try all the settings, reload the installer, but seems like nothing help. When i press the "Cancel" button, it also don't do anything. If anybody know something, please let me know :) Thanks!

i was getting stuck on 7% on the patch left it running all night. reset my computer and internet, uninstalled and reinstalled neverwinter. but nuthing worked till i did this and it worked first time. thank you

I reset the permisions all to admin now it works

I tried running as admin and changing proxy to US, still don't see it doing anything. Will give one more hour, and if it shows no patch percentage...<font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>

shut down game in task manager then restart,worked for me,had to do it a few times to get it done though
