Connection issues (PC)

I and a few friends are having issues with the game and I decided to see what others think before I go do a support ticket. The issue is lag and DC'ing My friends and I have different providers, I have one of the bigger plans that AT&T offers, my friends are both through Fidelity. It seems to only happen during high volume days. I have done everything that I know to do on this game, and nothing seems to work. Could I get some advice (Other than going to other providers) on how to be able to play without the serious lagging and DC'ing?

my game freezes a lot, then lately I've been having issues with the game crashing for no reason. It just started this last week. so frustrating

I have sent a ticket to Arc as well. I am in NZ and have been disconnecting every two minutes for days

now, I'm having trouble with the game crashing, multiple times a day. I keep getting error messages and send in feedback, but IDK if it helps the developers. so frustrating

i am also crashing several times a day and i can say that i crash every 4 hours exactly after starting the game and it shows me an out of memory error message i have been restarting game myself before i let it crash but this is seriously not a solution as it tends to be annoying when you have a day off and want to play

I'm new to the game and i'm loving it, plan to play way more, but i don't understand the random lag/delay that happens sometimes.

Let's say i'm going from one point to another on the map, i walk a distance, and it feels like i'm being stopped from going futher, like if there was an invisible barrier ahead; but i keep walking, and out of nowhere the game takes me back to a previous point.

I learned how to notice if the lag is there, e.g. because the stamina bar doesn't change when spending stamina, or just because the character looks like he is teleporting randomly lol.

It's really annoying and doesn't happen to me on any other online game. Is there anything i can do?

if you see yourself lagging like that it's mstly problem with your net and you can check this by typing in chatbox /netgraph 1 to turn on a little graph that shows you your net and gives you ur ping and u turn it off by typing /netgraph 0

if you see yourself lagg this way i recommend restarting your rooter it should fix the problem and check if you have stuff running in the backround

Having this issue. Was in game, game froze, kicked me out to desktop. Can't connect since, every other game (save Cryptic ones) loads just fine. Might want to fix the login server, this is BS.

I have checked my connection every time that I have a problem, I have even called ISP and there are no problems in my area. I have followed every thing that was suggested to me by technical support. All this aside, I do not understand why some of us are having problems and some of us are not.

if you see yourself lagging like that it's mstly problem with your net and you can check this by typing in chatbox /netgraph 1 to turn on a little graph that shows you your net and gives you ur ping and u turn it off by typing /netgraph 0

I tested tonight and my down load is at 6.59 upload is 1.26. My base score when I ran assessment is 4.3 on normal graphics with game graphics at 6.7. My processor is 6.9 with the Hard drive and ram at 5.9. Maybe the upload is the issue, not certain, can anyone help me?

I get a "Disconnected from server" message after the load bar fills to about 30% when I hit Enter World. Support has no idea how to fix. I have to try between 5 and 10 times before I finally connect and the game works fine.
