Black Ice Domination Bugs

Last weekend Black Ice Domination was bugged in Dwarven Valley instance 1, this weekend Black Ice Domination is bugged in Icewind Pass 1. They don't get fixed until server reset on Thursday. What causes these bugs? Why can't they be reset midweek? Shouldn't there be some kind of auto monitoring that states Heroic opened for X hours alert support to reconcile?

    That explains why I didn't see Black Ice Domination on Icewind Pass tonight. I'll be back Thursday after maintenance to see if it's fixed.

    BID need some love from the DEVs

    Remove all pets from it.
    Bigger rewards from playing it, like a Black ice enchant, rank 8 for the winner and a rank 7 for the loser

    That will attract more players and have a lot of fun making the server HAMSTER lag is HAMSTER off. :smiley:

    Another reason this is a problem is for the coffer shards! If we can't complete this HE how else do we get the shards? I don't think queueing for PVP Domination will complete the "Fight to the Finish" quest from the master of coin will it? Sure you get the seals but they are a pain in the HAMSTER to get and you need 1800 for the gear set? Sure after you have your gear you can donate but I don't have my gear and my guild needs shards!!!!

    Will the SH Company PVP gear + PVP accessories help (a bit)? That only needs GM and nothing else.

    BTW, the original post was a month old. We did BiD in both icepass and valley last night.

    Didn't realize it was an old post, it's been a few weeks since I've seen one bugged but I'm not in there everyday.
