Summer Festival glitches

The following things are broken inside the Summer Festival grounds:
During the Summer Feast event, picking corn results in no corn being gained. For me and a friend, it has spread to all but 3 of the corn stalks that spawn. The picking animation goes through, but no corn is gained, and the stalk disappears. Spent the entire time attempting to pick corn, got 25 cobs picked total for the entire event.
In the Blooming Boughs, some of the fireblossom plants to not give fireblossom flowers, just like the corn stalks in Summer Feast - it is random, but even after logging out and back in, and changing servers, flowers are glitched. The picking animation works, but nothing is gained and the plant disappears for a short time like normal. Also in the area, some of the fireblossom plants are visible, but not able to be interacted with (even over long periods of time).
In the Water Balloon fight - balloons sometimes do not hit unmoving targets. The throw animation and splash animation happens, but no points are scored for a hit.

The only way to make sure you are getting your consolation prize is to take note of how many trade bars you have prior to turning in the ticket, and if you don't get the mount, and have no silver ticket popup, then you'll need to check your trade bar amount to see if you got 5 extra trade bars.
If you aren't getting anything - no bars, no tickets - then yeah, it's glitched.

I havent encountered any problems with fireblossem petals.Also I think those flowers regenerate too fast.I collected the same flower 3 times before new kobold group spawned
