Shroud of Souls Owlbear Patch Notes: NW.80.20170515a.16
Release NotesContent and EnvironmentGeneral
- Mount Hotenow: Venting the Underneath: Players should now consistently be able to loot the crate of explosives.
- Shroud of Souls: Morlanth no longer incorrectly resets when the player uses specific powers in her encounter.
- The achievement, "The Ascended," now works as expected.
- Various minor text fixes have been made throughout the game.
Items and EconomyGeneral
- Heart of the Red Dragon: This Artifact now explicitly states in its tooltip that it cannot be used to feed other Artifacts.
- Stronghold Guild Hall: Certain decorations no longer completely disappear upon being replaced, and instead correctly return to the Warehouse.
Zen Market
- Knox's Adventurer Recruitment Order: The tooltips in the Character Select / Character Creation screen now properly state the new Item Level of 4700.
- Players who purchased the Knight of the Feywild Pack, Guardian of Neverwinter Pack, and/or Hero of the North Pack can now consistently reclaim the pack contents via the Reward Claims Agent.
- Shadow Wolf: This mount can now properly and consistently be reclaimed at any time if it had been purchased during the Call to Arms: Pit Fight event.
- Shadow Wolf: This mount can now be discarded, but as it cannot be reclaimed on the same character, it is not recommended to do so unless the character already has a Shadow Wolf mount in the stable.

Please let the filter do it's job.
Edit: Or can there be a logic where if you have the pack, take it out of the loot tables, otherwise leave it in?
don't know if this was reported but I don't know if this will really boost Lumberyard or Quarry now.
Although I agree with your comment that it would have been better to make the dung-drop hearts refineable, this is better than nothing.
And pls don't remove red dragon hearts (as if they would).
He's just using Intel onboard graphics (that HD3000 gave it away).
Which honestly, for a game this old built on an engine from the early '00s, SHOULD be enough. But at times it's not.
Sure, you need a beefy dedicated graphics card to run this game at high resolution, high texture, super shadows, derp derp derp. But a low rez low quality config shouldn't be this demanding...

> So, there is not an additional debuff and there is not a 16% damage increase. Don't ask me why.

I'd like to try to categorize this a little better so we can add it to the WE stacking bugs thread and call a little more attention to the systematic bugginess associated with entity interactions.
My vague theory is: entity spells break all sorts of ownership criteria for the purposes of determining stacking. Sometimes they act like independent entities, sometimes they inherit some behaviors from their owner, and sometimes they appear to allow effects that belong to be owner to transfer to a different owner (perhaps the next person who hits the target, or perhaps some even more convoluted interaction).
