Deathpods Alliance recruiting (SH11)

The Deathpods Alliance is recruiting again. We are now implementing a a "feeder guild" system, wherein characters under 10k gearscore will be relegated to guilds within the alliance headed up by other guild leaders and officers from deathpods such as myself (exceptions for clerics and tanks may be made). Once in a feeder guild, both your activity (how much you are online, whether or not you participate in dragonflight/stronghold siege) and whatever donations you make will be monitored and evaluated in the decision of when/if you will be moved to a more active guantlet or a sword. If you are over 10k gearscore your placement will be considered on a case by case basis. We do not "poach" guild members from within the alliance. However, we have not run into problems with this progressive recruitment method.

About us
We are an alliance consisting of a pretty close-knit group of players. We are not pay to join and we have a pretty laid back approach to running the alliance. The mantra is each guild takes care of their own typically. Whether it be donations or drama. We sometimes assist each other when one guild needs this or another needs that, but the idea is nobody steps on each others toes. That being said, players who join just for boons, masterwork crafting, etc. and do not contribute to the guild will be purged and their stay in our alliance will not be long.

Guild accomplishments
We recently just achieved the four dragon kill trophy in dragonflight and regularly down 2-3 on lower participation days. We have completed guildhall 11 and now have access to masterwork crafting recipes and materials. We are quickly increasing the number of waves we take on in the stronghold siege as well. Participation in these events is not mandatory, but has a crucial bearing on your standing within the alliance.
