Cannot play game anymore

I've played nw since last november on PS4. The game has always been plagued with button delayed actions, char paralysis, rubber band movement and disconnections. There has been good periods and bad periods but i've always managed to play.
But last two weeks has been a real hell. And since last monday things got even worse. Was not able to even load it. Now i can load but it don't stay on for more than 5 minutes then disconnets. I've a good home connection and everything else from Play to PC works great. This is the only game I've ever played (and i play a lot) that has given me so much troubles.
