My daughter wants to play with me so I'm getting her a xbox. My ? Is can we both use my neverwinter account at the same time? I have plenty of characters slots and would like her to be able to use the mounts and other stuff I have purchased. Thanks in advance for any help/info

    No, you can't use the same XBL account on two machines at the same time. It will log the account off one machine when you sign on to the other.

    You would have to set up an XB account for her (does not have to be Gold), make one of your XBs the home one, and then she would have to have her own NW account. There are instructions online but I don't recall them being easy to find.

    Ecrana is correct.

    She would need her own account and her own XB Live Gold Account to play NW.
    Silver accounts may not access any of the MMO's last I heard. Microsoft's rules, not Neverwinter's.

    And I am also obliged by my Community Moderator role to remind everybody that account sharing is against the rules.

    I know it's your daughter and you trust her but every MMO has a strict "No Account Sharing" rule in the Terms of Service to avoid any disputes that follow even when siblings and couples share their accounts.

    4.7 Your Account may only to be used by you. We are not responsible for any misuse of your Account or your User ID, you agree to accept all risks of misuse of and unauthorized access to your Account and to hold us and our affiliates harmless from and against any misuse use of your Account or your User ID, including, but not limited to, improper or unauthorized use by someone to whom you revealed your password.

    Thank you. That's what I thought but wanted to be sure. guess I'll be helping her through the grind. Lol thanks again

    Yeah, it does need to be gold if its on a different machine. The home account on each machine needs gold to play Neverwinter. My nephew plays here on an account I set up when he visits, but can't play at home on his Xbox because of no gold for now and won't be renewing until end of summer.

    if you make a bing rewards account, you can get an xbox live card every few weeks for just a few searches from your pc and phone. Right now, you can get a year of xbox live for 29k points. that is just about 3 months of searches. I am 1/3 of the way there for my son. takes me less than 5 minutes a day
