So I have been looking at all the build in the GWF section of class forums, and all of them say how to place the extra points u get to choose at the beginning when u first create ur character and then they say out 1 in str and 1 in dex every ten levels. But I want to see what a final tally should look like, at level 70 when u r done. I'm a human, I know I need to change race, thinking of half orc because I'm not ready to drop the big $ for Dragon born pack, but I would really appreciate someone who is going for a high crit human GWF to post what he final ability point allotment looks like. Or at least str and dex. Thanks in advance

So, assuming we put all our points in STR/DEX in all 7 opportunities...
18 STR + (7)= 25 STR
18 Dex + (7)= 25 DEX
This would be your "base", since external factors, such as Campfire Bonuses, Gear, and Potions can influence your ability scores.
Since you're playing human, you would have likely opted for either 18 DEX/16 STR or 18 STR/16 DEX, which would make your ability scores look like 25 DEX/23 STR (the former setup) or 25 STR/23 DEX (the latter setup) if you put 7 points into STR/DEX.
Most builds I see roll around with 27-29 STR/25-28 DEX and they all seem to do well, despite the small point differences. Honestly, I think you shouldn't fret too hard about not having max STR. Besides CON's paltry Resistance Ignored, most of the other stats don't do much for you.
And by the way, I personally think that Half Orc is far superior to Dragonborn in terms of GWF race.
Dragonborn makes you look ugly as sin and only has "generalized" bonuses (1.03x modifier to Power and Crit, big deal). Contrast this with Half Orc being free (although the Dragonborn Legend pack is worth it for the bag) and having nearly perfect racial bonuses (bonus run speed to get into melee range AND extra Critical Severity? Yes please!)
If you change TO human, you will gain the feat points. If you change FROM human, I think it removes 3 heroic feat points automatically so you may need to respec.
TLDR Race change includes free appearance change but not respec.
However, that comparison assumed you had all the resources in the world to pick up the best enchants. So, for a GWF getting their start, Vorpal is not bad at all. Terror and Feytouched are also pretty decent as well.
In particular, Terror is pretty much a slightly weaker version of the best single target enchant (Holy Avenger), but in exchange for being slightly weaker, it only costs half as much.
AllMost transmutes are broken on Dragonborn.
