Character screen issue

Has anyone had this problem of small floating orbs on their character screen + they appear when i view my mounts, companions and when i view a friends profile.

    Just to check... it's not some new, or glitched, animation for the Frostburn enchantment is it?
    It looks a bit like the snowy trail mine used to leave till I got fed up if thinking it was activation links... but I'm fairly sure it didn't show up on the character sheet...
    Having said that, just had a quick look at my GWF and he's got leaves and butterflies on the same screen from, one presumes, the Fey Blessed enchants... I doubt they are associated with Shadowclad...

    What about armour?
    It may be some other enchants... like I said, I think my butterflies come from Fey blessed... got any Black Ice enchants?

    Does it look like an animation, or just static interference. Tough to tell from a still.

    I use soulforged and the orbs move about a little.

    Maybe just me but I had this issue when I equipped the Banner from MSVA on my DC. Was fine before that. When I preview the banner on my other characters, the orbs show up.

    Do you have a Frozen Galeb Dhur on one of your characters? I noticed this after I got one on one of mine.
