Fireburst armor effect broken?

in Bug Reports (PC)
just purchased a lesser fireburst armor enchant and there are no visual effects on armor. i have seen burst of color at my feet when mounting and dismounting but nothing else.

    ah, ok i appreciate that. I was crestfallen wanted a gwf from the nine hells. I use all searing magma dye on the chain of the nine hells flaming weapon enchant on a dragonbone halberd even the hell emblazoned worg and of course the fire archon. was disapointed by visual effects.

    you will see more effect the more it is upgraded.. my problem with this it never fires and when it does it's is a joke like 50-400 damage

    thunderhead as well , it's long overdue they should be made as effective as the defensive armor ench

    I might be wrong but I reckon they still give the same damage output they had when they were released into the game back when player damage was a fraction of what it is now
