no "vote to kick" option for illusionist's gambit skirmish

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Just finished running IG with a ranger that sat on his throne for 3/4 of the entire fight for gold. Why is there no vote to kick option?

    Good question. Best guess would be due the weird added option of voting to continue or not.

    I'm also wondering why there is no IL requirement to enter it. Perhaps it is by design and is also related.

    I imagine because if one player is kicked, there could be a up breakable tie. Isn't the a selection under the report function for problems like this?

    Nah, the ties are always resolved in favor of continuing.
