Game won't patch? help..

I just downloaded NW again.. after a long break and the game won't patch?! .. at all been like this for like 5+ minutes.

Anyone got any clue why it does this? ..

    Never mind... a simple restart did the fix .. wtf? anyways it's updating! hurray.
