Grouping Problem.

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Whenever I join a dungeon group, it shows me as not in a group, even though others are there. I got no Seal of the Adventurer when we defeat a boss (I only have 250 so I am not capped) and receive no AD after the dungeon is complete.

Anyone know why? I am sure no dev will reply so I have to count on players for help :confused:

    Finally got my ticket replied too and they told me to report it here.

    What is the point in sending in a ticket when all they do is to tell you to post about it here were NO one will even reply or see it?

    Ah well.

    Yep, still having this problem, been nearly two weeks now. Does anything get fixed in this game? Does anyone even get help?

    Or are they hoping I'd just forget about it, so they won't have to pretend they know what they're doing?

    Try having someone invite you to a group, then leave group. Some alliance members were saying it's that simple (however it didn't work for a guy trying it last night lol). I've also seen people say join a skirmish and abandon/Walk out the door. Could try to combine the 2 and have someone invite you while in a skirmish?
