River District - dig sites locked (Xbox One)

Four of the dig sites in the River District are not resetting for my SW. My TR is able to progress through the dig sites as normal, but for my other character (char name: Rand al'Thor) these four sites will not reset to allow me to access them:
N'halien
Tamper
Shoce
Coneth

They worked just fine on Monday, but since the server reset on Tuesday I have been unable to access any of these four. I've tried many times over the last three days to no avail. The other five sites work as usual, with the one hour cooldown. My TR can access all sites per usual. I'm not aware of anything I did different (I've been farming them for the last two weeks) and I don't have anything equipped or anything in my inventory that's different or out of the usual.

I'm seeing a similar issue as well. Not sure how many, but at least a couple of sites remain locked long after I exited them.
In game it looks like the dig sit guy does not want to sell you an entry pass (the option remains greyed out).
The issue is not entirely blocking progress but it is a bit annoying, especially if you plan to farm dig sites.
As far as what could have triggered it... maybe deleting site passes before they expired? Not sure, but I will try to repro it.

my GF has 5 sites locked - can only access ones in top right segment of the map basically - not sure if it might have been related to passes from treasure maps where i had already been in the dig site in the last hour or something....N'halien,Tamper,Shoce, Coneth and the one nearest Tamper all locked...

This is happening on my GWF which is especially annoying as I am trying to farm for the rest of my mats to refine my off hand. Help us oh great developers and GMs. Also I feel as though the drop rates of Arcanic Focus may also be bugged been having them drop only for about 1 in 15 dig sites, this seems offly low.

I am having this same issue. I have discarded the passes in the past with no issue. Now I can't enter 2 digsites. The 2 dead digsites correspond to passes that I discarded in another map other than the River District. Could that be the issue? Will only discard in River District from now on. Will let you know if I get anymore dead dig sites.

Deleting the passes in other maps seems like what is causing it. I think that I've even discarded them in different instances of river district and still been locked out. Currently locked out of Tamper, N'halien, Shoce, and Cometh, perhaps one more. A lot of us are probably trying to get extra archaic focus from dig sites, and with the drop rate low, this has made it twice as difficult. Will there be some kind of compensation for all the potential focus we missed out on, I wonder?

Update May 2: I can buy site passes from foreman now after today's update, but am still locked out of the dig sites. Will try letting the timer run out on those passes then try again, but not hopeful.

To add more details: when you are locked out from a dig site it works as if you just have recently looted it. So you cannot buy a new ticket and even if you get the ticket for that dig site (from a treasure map chest) you will still not be able to enter it. And even if you enter it in a group with someone else that "last visit timer" does not get reset and you will continue to be locked out of this dig site.

P.S. If you find yourself locked out of many sites - try farming in a group with other people - it's actually faster this way anyway.

It seems to be these four dig sites are the common theme Tamper, N'halien, Shoce, and Coneth as those are ones I locked out of - I can seem to enter Shale now and grouping does work at least.

After maintenance and also doing a run with someone who wasn't bugged I'm now down to just Coneth being locked on my GF.

Maintenance unlocked all site for me, yay!
I can spend hours grinding Arcanic Focus again!
The drop rate seems very similar to Lanolin though - takes about 20 minutes between drops on average - approximately 1 per 5 digsites. Good I'm almost done for one weapon set, but I doubt I will be looking towards unlocking another one any time soon.

At the suggestion of GM Avriel in a Support Ticket, I am reporting my findings here in the Bug Forum for review. I did see another thread with similar (same?) issues, but elected to start a separate thread as the other is more than a week old, and the support GM instructed me to post here.

To summarize, I am locked out of Dig Site Tramper. No tips/tricks/resets have resolved the issue. I can access all others, but Tramper continuously gives the error message that I have to wait an hour.

I was offline from May 1 to May 7. Last time I accessed any dig sites was April 30. As of Monday, May 8, Dig Site Tramper has been inaccessible.

Tramper Dig Site has been bugged for me for several days.
Guards are not an option in the upgrade menu, only golems and archers.
I have not been able to access the dig site. It gives the error message that it must be 1 hour between attempts. I get this error message regardless of the last time I accessed the dig site. I have not been able to access this dig site for the last 72 hours, which is making arcanic foci farming that much harder.

Thank you for the reply. Those tips have not resolved the issue. Please note I have also tried to powercycle and hard reboot my console. I am aware that the dig site is not bugged for everyone, as I watched several players zone into the Tramper dig site.
Tramper was the first dig site I attempted today, after being offline for 12+ hours. I zoned into the River District from Protector's Enclave, accepted my daily quest and immediately headed for Tramper. No dig site passes in my inventory and the guard station was fully upgraded.
I purchased the dig site pass from the npc, tried to zone in and got the "must be one hour" error message. While taking screen shots this morning two more players approached and zoned into the dig site ladder, but I still could not.

Mod removed link to support ticket (nobody can see it anyway due to permission levels), and merged with existing thread.
