Cloaked Ascendancy campaign question

I am working toward the fey weapons for my DC. The current Evidence of Evil costs without "Clear the Docks" and "Restore Commerce" are 240 for the main hand and 120 or the offhand. (I'm not concerned with the other currency needs, abandoned treasure, I think) Opening the bottom row through "Restore Commerce" says it will cut the EoE cost of weapons in half. Which, to me, means 120 for the main hand and 60 for the offhand.

Does anyone know if this is accurate? I don't want to drop in the 150 EoE in the bottom row just to find it is less than a 50% discount.

    Thank you. I have had a couple of (dumber) guildies tell me it is not half. I will stop listening to them immediately, possibly even boot them

    Note for completionists, there is a in-game achievement for collecting all 4 weapon sets.
    As far as completing the commerce tasks, here is a rule of the thumb:
    Complete the first (120 EoE) task if you are going to buy one set (saves you 60 EoE) or two sets (saves you 240 EoE).
    Complete the second (240 EoE) task if you are going to buy 3 sets (saves you extra 30 EoE) or 4 sets (saves you extra 120 EoE).
    Complete the third task once you've completed all of the other campaign tasks and want to have a 100% completion...

    But, most importantly, complete one of the "Confront Gyrion/Kabal/Nostura" campaign tasks early (costs 120 EoE). That would unlock a weekly quest to go to one of the boss lairs (which you would do anyway) with a reward of 20 EoE, 28 Secrets of Many-Starred and 5 Arcanic Focus.
