Guided Path Missing (Bug Report)

Greetings,

The guided path for the current quest that normally appears on the main screen is no longer visible. I have used both my account (1 character) and my daughters (3 characters) account in a attempt to determine if this is a single glitch or not. I noticed that the path was not visible on Monday night around 9:30 EST. The path does show in the Mini Map located in the bottom right corner.

Multiple restarts and re-updating/downloads have been tried to solve this issue on our end, with no success.

I have just received word that the Missing Guided Path is no longer missing. Thank you for the help... if there was help.

my guided path also keeps dissapearing and if i keep playing the loot bloom also dissapears making it challenging to find your path and or loot. the only way i have found to rectify it is to hard reset my console so it may be a cash issue, but even after a hard reset it can dissapear almost immediatley. it is getting worse the more i play i used to be able to get away with a quick char change but now i need to turn the console off so more often than not i just play on with no guide (which means a lot of missed loot on grassy map's).

The problem seems to be isolated to my cleric. Every other character has it and doesn't have this problem. Restarting console does not help.

I've had this problem on and off for ages. I think I've figured out the fix for it. 99 percent of the time when I've lost it in game it's still present in the bumper up button map. if you zoom in all the way on it then go back to the world it's comes back.

Mine quest line comes and goes as well, but I stopped looking at it because it is always trying to send me to meet with the masquerade master...ugh

my questline and loot bloom is working fine (90% of the time) on my main but as soon as i load a alt they dissapear completely. i havent tried the map trick yet ill give it a try but i find it odd that this phenomenon only effects my alt char's.

zooming the map did not work and also i have just equipped a heavy twilight nightmare mount i earnt and it has no tail or mane

Hell, i'd be happy to have the quest path show up on the mini map....Mine doesn't even do that!! No path what so ever. Tried everything plausible to get the damn thing to show up, and nothing. Logged my alt to see if her path showed up and it sure showed up. This tell me it's something on Arc's end, not the user. And here I was literally about to put some $ into this game too, than this happens. Oh yeah, forgot they shafted me on the renegade illusionist companion when you link your account.
