Won't let me start a task in Temple of Elemental Evil Campaign.

When I try to start the task for the Artifact mace for my Paladin on the PS4, I press X to show the details of the task, but when I press X to start the task, it takes me back to the campaign screen without starting the task.

    Never mind. The feather was in my overflow bag. That's why it wouldn't let me do it.
