glowy mission lines gone.

as of reset today the glowy lines to follow to mission are gone. this really hurts the playability of the game.

I have the same issue, even more so now that the Siege has started. It also removes the glue from dropped items making it even more frustrating to play the game.

Had this issue myself recently, resolved it by going into Journal, selecting a mission in the map I was on by clicking "Y", then selecting "Force Display" & resolved it.

I have noticed from time to time my quest line has been missing but I have like 100 quests on every character so it never really points where I want to go anyway..so I don't follow the line. What they should do is get rid of the line and put auto navigate on, set the destination and your toon can drive/ride/walk there while we go get a snack or a brew.

I've noticed this sporadically since the latest Shard maintenance. Now Neverwinter is locking up on my XBox and booting me back to the title screen AND today I lost audio. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but hasn't fixed the problems. Suggestions?

I'd just wait a week or at least until reset tonight. the lag has been extra laggy since 2x refine.

I've noticed this on two occasions since the start of Siege of Neverwinter. Both times it occurred after spending a long time in the Siege Battlefield zone. That may not be the cause but the fix was the same both times. I not only lost the sparkle trail, but also some spell effect visuals.

Hard reset of the XBOX. This has the effect of clearing out the cache and removing whatever bugged code is blocking certain effect types.

Power down the XBOX by pressing the power button (the lit up X on the unit not the controller) till complete power down happens. After about 10 seconds, restart the machine. It opens back up with the XBOX logo, and logs you in on the way back to your home screen.

I solve it by just completely login out of Neverwinter, going to dashboard and quitting Neverwinter. I then start Neverwinter again.

I've quit Neverwinter completely and shut off my Xbox all the way and the issue continues. It's only a temporary fix and I've noticed that it happens a lot on the Siege Battlefield. It sucks to have to close the game completely or shut my Xbox down completely to fix the issue and have it only be temporary

Mine is actually character specific right now, on one or two of my characters the quest line will not display on the ground in front of me but displays on the map in the corner. One character seems to always draw the line on the ground. I quit the game every time I am done and I reboot the hardware fairly often too but that has not yet fixed anything for me, maybe it will be better tonight.

Rebooting the hardware does not seem to fix this issue, and it is not only related to Siege (as I've seen it several times since Siege went dark). The fix I found consistent, is to go to Xbox Home and start a different game to completely clear NW out of cache. You do not even need to let it fully load. Once load starts go back to home and restart NW.
This is not a bug fix, just a work around; I do not know what causes the glitch.

Both my account (1toon) and my daughters account (3toons) have the same issue. The Quest path does not display in the main screen but shows in the mini screen in the bottom right. Also noted above, the dropped item glow is missing.

A hardware restart or fresh login does not work for we shut down everyday. We started the xbox last night and neither account work properly pertaining to the above issue.
