Please fix SVA/MSVA boss glitch

This is so frustrating. It is hard enough to farm materials for 10.5 but we gotta fight an unkillable boss on a timer...Because of some glitch in the matrix?

This has happened several times to our groups. Where the boss will stand still and continue to take damage but nothing else happens.

We were able to fix it one time, out of three, by returning to character select and re-entering the game. With ten people, it can be difficult to tell who has agro.

It just really sucks wasting pots and food and time. Please figure out a way to fix this.

    I know the dev team would love it if you would be able to provide more information about this glitch that is occurring. There are a massive number of variables for them to go through and the more we as a community can narrow that down the easier time they will have in finding and repairing the glitch. Information such as which stage of the boss fight the beginning middle or the end? Does the freeze seem to occur after a specific attack? Also any information you have about the time that you were able to fix it would be a massive help to them.

    Agreed man, agreed.

    While I have no conclusive evidence (and I really don't feel like glitching a bunch of MSvard runs to figure it out), this needs to get fixed.

    By the way, I have no conclusive evidence, but I suspect that it involves a bug regarding GFs, threat, and downs, specifically, Duumverate and getting downed multiple times.

    I saw this two times yesterday, I don't have super evidence, but both times the boss was way on the edge of the cyclone for the final phase, in other runs we ensured we pulled him closer to the middle and they went fine.

    So the boss could be getting hung up on the edge somehow? this is very valuable information for us as players.
    I remember in tiamont, when the black head was glitching. Turns out the cause was due to people rushing in early and hitting the head before it had risen causing it to stay down for the entire match and be un killable.

    Well honestly I don't know how it happens. I just know that if there is a lot of dps, really fast, he gets hung up and stops attacking completely. During this time, he still takes damage, but eventually the damage readouts start reading as "zero" and he never calls forth the next stage...Where you have to defeat his companions, during the storm.(for lack of a better description.)

    It's happened several times. And the best way I can describe is his agro gets hung up on someone, possibly during an agro switch. The closest approximation I can come up with is when you are doing edemo fighting goristro and DPS him so fast you still end up with a silver medal instead of a gold.

    The way to fix it, but it doesn't work every time, is to go to character select screen one by one, or separate and see who has agro, then go to character select and log back in. But like I said it doesn't work every time.

    In regular sva, you can just select "I am stuck" and "defeat me." But in MSVA you cannot do this.

    I just had one of these again last night in sva, the boss was off the edge of the storm and he just stopped fighting us and stood there, we could not win...not sure what the trigger was and we did not have enough time to have everyone figure out who had the agro or glitch...

    A way to fix it is playing the RiP game with your group members to figure out which one he's glitches on. :D Once that certain player RiP's it's back to normal~<3

    When this happens on PC, each character logs out and back in till he comes back. What happens is someone dies or something while they have aggro, and the boss just forgets what to do.

    Have everyone go to character select then go back, and continue. If you do enough damage you can get to a point were the stages skip like they are fast forwarded.
