Dominating Presence

Does the heroic feat Dominating Presence increases the radius of the paragon feat Aura Gifts? Or does it only increase the radius of Class Feature Auras?

I hope someone already tested it.

If the answer is "no, it doesn't affect Aura Gifts" then what's your advice about spending my last heroic feat point? The one that recharges Encounters faster or the one that boosts At-Will damage?

    Anoter question: does Divine Protector count as part of the DR cap? Or is that 60% damage reduction counted separately such as Shield of Faith?
