Ok so i bought the Dragonborn legend pack, everything but the race reroll and extra character slot have been given to my acct. Filed a ticket, and was told

I have looked and looked but found no recent mention of an issue like this, if anyone knows of where any info about this is posted it would be greatly appreciated.
