OMG is this a cheat? pvp level 60+

I was just playing pvp with my level 66 righteous cleric, and there was this guy with 35k power, it had a 25k power buff when i put the curson on his power level, what is this? is this a cheat?

    No, I'm pretty sure you'd call that a twink. There may have also been another DC or OP in the area with a further power buff.

    DCs have a variety of power sharing options that let them buff their own power by 43% and others' power by 58% of the DC's power. OPs share a quarter of their own power to allies within range, and can gain power as they take damage up to 10% of their maximum HP.

    So I'd bet that you happened upon a highly geared PVPer with SH boons, pots, etc. who enjoys stomping 60-69 PVP. Plenty of those around hehe
