Valindra set buff working?

I have the full 3 pieces of set but no bonuses show in the character sheet for control resist/bonus. Also, at the top left of screen where active buffs show, I can see the valindra set icon but it intermittently changes between showing as 'set' and 'set x 2'. Does this mean that it should be locked always on 'set x 3' but is bugged or something?

    I just had a second thought. I think what's happening is that the buff is working, but at some points its jumping to 2 stacks of buff for some reason.
