No less expensive way to get Moon Elf?

I was really wanting to play a Moon Elf because of how they look (and because they're more fitting for a CW), but the only way to get them is to pay $75. I'm not really interested in any of the extras; at most, I'd be interested in the outfit. How come there isn't a cheaper pack like there is for the Dragonborn race?

I apologize if this has been brought up before.

    The first two new races, Renegade and Moon Elf have never had a method of purchase outside of the package they come in. And I believe the package was advertised as the only way to get them. They may not be able to offer them separately. That said, are you sure on that price? I thought it was 50 or maybe 60. Save up your AD to convert to Zen and you won't need cash. If you earn your AD max daily and don't buy other things, it won't take too long. The account wide mount (Dawn Unicorn, some decent insignia choices including Wanderer's Fortune) and companion (Sylph, one of the best active bonus in the game 50% control resist) actually make the package a very good value.

    The dragonborn pack and the separate race pack only were done differently.

    Moon elf just is not worth the cost. I purchased when out first came out and it really was just not worth it imo.

    Don't forget about waiting until a 50% off all Packs week

    I guess I was off a little bit too. It's actually $60.

    Heck, if they had a 50% off packs week, that'd be great. Did they have one on Xbox before?

    Several times. Sometimes its been 50% off certain packs but a couple of times a year they do huge 50% off everything so unless you're in a rush its well worth waiting.

    There will likely be one or two one day sales during the Jubilee which will be in June if there is not a good sale before then.

    Ditto re Jubilee.
    I was pretty much astounded at the discounts and giveaways last year. I'd only been playing a few months and that event set me going to a new level.
    As said above, if you're not in any great hurry save AD or in fact trade it at sub 300 rate and save the Zen. You never know when the price is going to Skyrocket.

    I'm currently grinding my nadgers off to earn enough AD to convert and buy a Stronghold Starter Pack twice a week... soon as I have the GH level I want, I'm going to start banking that Zen for the Jubilee.
