Aura of Courage - entire team dies (pvp)

I have noticed in pvp, when any player has Aura of Courage passive buff (including the Paladin) dies immediately when marked by 2 different powers. Aura of courage ticks hit one-self infinitely until death.
Mark powers that trigger this bug (any 2 of these "red" marks): Threatening Rush(GWF,GF), Daring Shout(GWF), Enhanced Mark(Tab mechanic GF), Enforced Threat(GF), Indomitable Battle Strike Execution(Area Mark GWF).
Suggested Fix: Aura of Courage damage cooldown 0.1 seconds

Edit: This bug may or may not be related to feytouch enchantment.(Did not test without feytouch)
Edit: This bug could be related to Augmented Thayan Bastion boon from dread campaign

    Yes this bug exists and its the worest one yet in pvp because it will not only kill the pally with the Aura but the Whole team will be taken down with the pally

    Aura of Courage damage cooldown is bad idea, it only nerfs PVE dmg. We need fix, not bandage.
