Siege of Neverwinter not dropping stronghold vouchers?

I have understood that Siege of Neverwinter should give us stronghold vouchers? I have played Siege for hours and not getting single drop. Bug maybe?

    I got some on Saturday but none on Sunday so idk

    What I found helped was doing General Sabine's quest with the HEs.

    After I finished up the quest, Vouchers dropped for me once or twice every mob pack.

    I heard that you need to take the quest from the npc in the sh once before the vouchers will drop, which seems odd but idk maybe it is true. The quest to recruit some guards in the SH from master of the coin I think is the name. I did not validate that but it is worth a try if you have not already taken that quest. The other thing to try, a friend of mine had zero drops last time in many hours of play. We grouped up for a while and that changed the drops for him.

    What I've noticed in a difference in drops for melee characters (more) than ranged. With my SW I've seen 3-4 drops (split between Dragon Hoard Coffers and Vouchers) while comparing to guild mates running GWF and TRs getting 8-10 running the same instance and not grouped. This seems like an odd occurrence, but has been pretty consistent among people I've chatted with playing multiple character types.

    Had this convo with some guildees earier. Seems the drop rate has been different depending on what instance I'm in for whatever reason.

    I agree with Sundance. I had 2 guildies who weren't getting voucher drops. I told them to try taking the "send aid" quest from the master of coin in the SH. Once completed, they both started getting voucher drops. Granted, that is a near negligible number to prove the theory. But it did work for them.
