Can't log into Neverwinter

Can anyone help with this problem? I can log into my account just fine, however I CAN'T LOGIN TO the Neverwinter game itself. I tried uninstalling the game then reinstalling it. It still won't let me log into the game.

    omg someone actually has the same problem as me. Wow no support around here and its been a week... I even submitted a ticket about this same exact problem and its been two days, come on man...

    I started experiencing a similar problem this morning... the game would just sit on the "Neverwinter" loading screen. I did a "Force Verify", which didn't fix the problem, but I was able to log in under "Safe Mode"... and while the game will run, it's iffy at best... I've had multiple crashes this morning.

    The game ran for me great last night.

    This issue still persists it seems, just downloaded Neverwinter with the Arc App, all is logged in, except The ingame screen to log in doesn't seem to accept my pass

    Same issue on ps4 for me. I have no problem until loading in game, then it automaticaly disconnect... Every single time!

    I don't have this problem with logging in but when logged in i have some Hamster awful lag spikes so severe that they can actually prevent me from defending myself and dying to mobs because of it.

    :o :o I just recently joined here and I have been expericing the login issue not only trying to log into the game but to login to the site.. i know the info i tyoe for it is ciorrect too since I wrote it all down.
