TR relic gear/artifact weapons

Before I start I'll briefly explain my build. I'm a power/recovery PVE rogue. I try to get the lowest crit chance I can possibly get because I use the owlbear companion with smoke bomb and do evenything else in stealth for the 100% crit chance. Btw I'm at 31% crit chance when bondings are up and I'm not even going for it.

I'll start off with the gear. It's supposed to be the "best" gear in the game right? Well not for me. It actually harming my build having the new gear. There is only one piece of relic gear thats useful for me and that's the power recovery assault boots. It's not enough to get the set bonus. Everything else have either power/crit or crit/recovery. Idk why the Dev's think EVERY trickstar rogue needs crit but I'm actually losing DPS from crit. I was told the CW had power recovery relic gear -_- So I just sit back I watch all the other classes that are getting the full benefit from the relic gear and wish I could say the same. and just to clarify, I do have most of the relic gear accept the two chest pieces. It's not like I'm complaining because I don't have the gear.

Now for the weapons. Im not sure but I think all artifact weapons for every class have power/crit/another stat. I don't understand why we can't just change the stats to something that your build actually benefits from with the cube of augmentation. I would definitely change it to power/armor pen/recovery If I was able to do so. In my opinion they should've put power/armor pen/another stat for all classes in the first place because almost everyone would benefit from armor pen. Even if you had armor pen it's not like it's harming your build unless I'm missing something.

I'm sure there's other people out there with the same issue as me. The DC for example. Almost all of my DC freinds have the owlbear companion and avoid crit as much as they can and would be great full to see the ability to change the stats in artifact weapons happen.

I don't want to be that person that complains about everything but another issue I have to deal with are the greater rings from storm kings thunder. The offensive rings have crit in them except one. The greater ostorian ring of hellig. So I'm stuck here with a greater ring of dod and it's completely useless for me. I have a 1/6 chance if I get a greater ring to get the one that won't harm my DPS.

Hopefully I got my point across and the devs actually do something about this because this game is just falling apart for me and it sucks to say so because this is such a great game and I have 4k+ hours to prove it.

I've also heard that the new companion gear coming with mod 11 (I'm on Xbox one btw) doesn't have power recovery gear. Is so im stuck farming the BiS companion gear for power/recovery in storm kings. And the new skirmish is useless after I get what I need for the champagne in order to get the new fey artifact weapons. Another thing I would like to see but not nearly as important is the companion base stats. Most strikers have power/CRIT/armor pen. Wouldn't that be nice if would could change that as well

I love my power recovery build. I wish I could lower my crit a lot more and if you're wondering how can you even make a power recovery build useful in PVE I have plenty of video proof and screenshot that I out DPS 4k crit rogue, GWFs,HRs... And I'm only 3.7k. I'm not trying to brag but only making a point and will not be forced to go the power crit way on my rogue and that's exactly what It feels like.
