RELIC OFF HAND WEAPON BUG

Hey has any of you guys noticed a problem on refining your OFF hand Relic weapon?
I am a GWF and when I try to refine the OFF hand relic weapon with OFF hand equipment the X2 refinement it does not apply!
But when you put a MAIN hand equipment into your OFF hand relic weapon it gives you X2 refinement!
So that must be a bug right? both MAIN and OFF hand relic weapons think they are MAIN hand weapons and only one of those should have the right to do so!
Please let me know If any of you guys are experiencing the same issue or is it just me!

I have noticed that this bug is concerning so far the relic and the twisted but not the elemental that i have in two of my other characters! You should gix that BEFORE the x2 reginement event!
