Bound to Account vs Bound on Equip vs Unbound Items

Devs,

I hate the idea of items of being bound to character on equip. It would be great change if when gear is equipped it would be bound to account instead. This would encourage playing alts.

For example, I acquired the Dragon Visage head piece for my CW and would also like to use it on my GF, but now I have to grind out shores for another 150 head piece. If gear was bound to account after equip, in this instance, my toe characters can share one piece of gear.

Just something to think about as it would be easier and more manageable to acquire higher ranking enchantments for gear.

But then that would not encourage you to play alt for that whole grind which equals to you playing less.
    Lolea - 70 OP Healadin / Tank
    Jamrocks - 70 CW
plus 8 extra characters that I thought I was only buying 4 ended up being doubled.
    Lesson Learned
#1- Read small print before making Zen purchases
#2- Do not be Hebrewinated (aka drinking) while making purchases
#3- Refer back to Rule #2

Only stuff that's getting nerfed is bound to account.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

I would love to see things simplified to BoE, BoP and BoA regardless of what you do with them.

If you consider the marks needed for the relic weapons, all of which are BoA, that's not a bad deal at all.

What detracts from playing alts really, are the campaigns we need to go through for the boons. There are grinds that I just don't want to do... at all... ever again... The gear is easy enough to acquire on your main and send across to your alts, to at least make them strong enough... but the other grind is painful.
