AC on Deepknight's Brigandine and Historians Regalia

I received the patch yesterday for the missing AC on the new armor types only to be disappointed to find that others who did not yet equip these armor pieces received the proper amount. The AC on my Deepknight's Brigandine is 6 while my guild member and others I have spoken to that did not equip the armor yet received a rating of 14.... this is obviously a bug that needs to be addressed..... it is quite discouraging to grind for a specific piece of equipment place an armor reinforcement kit on it only to have it gimped. I would appreciate any assistance in this matter. Even a word of acknowledgement would be appreciated. @terramak @asterdahl @mimicking#6533

    I can confirm that mine updated to AC14 and that I hadn't applied an armor kit or transmute to it. It's obviously a bug.

    Have you tried the old fix of removing your enchantment and re socketing them? you never know if this might help

    I will try that..... thx for any advice you can give, nobody in a official capacity has responded to any of my messages or posts. I do appreciate help that other players have offered and I will try that out when I get home tonight.

    No problem. I hope the fix works. It sounds just like the other glitch with armor kits. Maybe it will trigger the update. Another idea is to un equip the item , store it in your bank, then equip another item. Then put the first one back on. That may trigger a reset 2.

    Unfortunately It did not. I tried it last night and appreciate your attempt to help. Support has acknowledged that is an unresolved bug, and has redirected me here, I have made numerous attempts to contact anyone here on the forum (CM) via PM and have been ignored so far. This type of thing really bothers me as I invested my in game resources via farming with Legendary Dragon keys in order to obtain these items.

    Much like in armadeonx's case, the patch gave my armour the missing 14 AC on my Deepknight's Brigandine. Try what others have suggested you, farm PoM again or submit a ticket. Good luck!

    Gratz anyway it drops in throne not PoM but thx for your input.
