How much RP did you farm during the x2 Enchantment/Challenge of the Gods event?

I'm just curious to see how much people took advantage of this event. I personally probably spent a little too much time grinding it. I ended up with 4,982 Rank 5 enchantments and 1,167 Rank 6 enchantments. During the upcoming x2 RP event that'll be about 20,943,000 rp. I ended up making almost 500 gold also.

Anybody else spend way too much time with this event? lol

No. Enjoy having very little bag space for a month. That's like 63 bag slots filled if you have 99 exactly of each on your last stacks, more if you're at like 9 stacks of 22/14/32 et cetera.

Plus at most you're looking at 10 enchantments up to 12 (from 7) of the same type, half that if you go off type (bondings?), or three artifacts from orange to mythic (fewer if you aren't even at orange).

Not really worth losing the bag space for a month.

Inpressive, sure, but not ideal.

In comparison, i have 9 different enchantments at rank 7 stacked up four times at 99 per stack, which equates to over 64 million at double. I save bag space by half (32) and triple your number. And i didn't have to hear 'CHALLENGE OF DICKFACE' or really work much for it. Granted its been since the last refinement event that i've been saving up, but i'd say my time was better spent.

In short, don't brag. You done good, but so have others.

Just from paying more attention to stuff like Sharandar Stronghold and EE zones and from the Challenge rewards I netted about 500 R6 and about 1200 R5. (inc BtA and open) I burned off the R5 and R6 runestones I picked up as I went cos there's only so much space in my inventory.
I'm going to start farming Sharandar next week to hopefully have a total thousand or so thaums for double rp event.

Just started character no 6 so will need a LOT of rp come the event.

Holy HAMSTER! I thought I was grinding getting somewhere around 1200 r5s and probably just under half that in r6s. Congrats, zombie!

I thought I was going to have to start using up my enchantments as I got them too. When the event ended I only had 2 slots left in my inventory. I'm going to have to make another character so I can clear up some space on my main. All my other alts are filled up with salvageable gear. I've never been so desperate for inventory space. lol

Thanks man. I was actually pretty shocked when I found out how much I'd gotten. I knew I was grinding it quite a bit, but it seemed like the event just kinda flew by.

I'm not stockpiling any salvage at the mo'. I could be wrong, but I'm not expecting a double AD event in the immediate future.
This means I've been able to stockpile over 3000 R5s and since I've 5 toons above 70 and another on the way, I can net 99 thaums from Sharandar in 2 days.
RP bags from Leadership are in the hundreds, so I'm going to have to get the coloured pens out to work out how I'm going to spend it all.
I get 9 or 10 Celestial Coffers per week, and I'm saving them to bulk open in the mad hope that that will get me some much needed Coal Wards, cos I'm going to need them...

Now, if only Bruenor would hand out more resonance stones, and celestial bags of refining would become stackable...

Same here mordekai. If my math skills are correct, I will have 981 thaum bags and about 850 resonance bags by March 2. And it still won't be as much as I think it is.

Yes... you sit there with thousands, thinking, "this will take all day".
Ten minutes later you're bidding for blue resonance stones like a crackhead on a comedown to finish that bloody sword.

I made the mistake of doing a rough calculation of how much refinement I will need for a r9 to r10, 2 artifacts (currently various stages of orange) and 3 11 bonding to 12s. It's about 12.5 million. I *might* have half that.

I just spent the entire event in the center area of the Drowned Shore, and I had six rank 8 Fey Blessing enchantments equipped (Makos Signet). I just went in a big circle and killed all the enemies there. And whenever the Merchants in Distress, Cultist Ambush or Ranger Rescue Heroic Encounter popped I'd stop and do those. I think I ended up doing around 500 of the HEs, which give you the elemental water sealed containers, so I got about an additional 850 r5s from those plus about 150 lesser union stones.

It's a very simple/easy farm, definitely recommend trying it out if you haven't already.
