when I'm queueing public I end up not to be in the actual group in dungeons

I was talking to support yday and they told me to post it here, wondering what is holding them back to talk to devs but whatever. If they think we should reach out to Devs instead....
So here's the problem, i've never encountered since playing the game.
When I am in a dungeon which ive entered via a public queue I am not in the actual group, I cannot be invited to the group too.
I was wondering what can be done to get this behavior back to normal, I mean what can I do to get things back to normal? I'm on Xbox one. Ty
