Transcendant Lightning no more lightning

Since thursday my enchant no longer proc anything,no effect ,no lightning damage in the log nada
Is it only me or it's the enchant ? (Tested on 3 different toons)

    It's just on your side... there was a report like this before. Search for enchantments not proccing.. my enchantment works aND I see my lightning arcs.

    I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    on another note.. i wish there was better ways of turning things off.. in other mmos, I could turn off other players effects, but keep mine.. that is what i would generally do in every game.
