Since the latest patch Plant Growth has not been working correctly. It doesn't do damage on the first tick and I'm not getting all of my damage ticks either. Sometimes I will get 3 ticks of damage but, most of the time I am getting only 2 or 1 and sometimes I will not get any damage from it at all. I have gone from doing over 110 million damage or more in CN to only doing 70 to 80 million. This is hurting my DPS by over 25% sometimes. This is a considerable amount on damage to lose.
Also, Swiftness of the Fox is not always shortening the cooldown of my encounter powers. I notice this most when using dailies but, it is happening when using encounter powers, too.
