Elvish Fury defective?

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I was looking at my buff bar after combat and noticed something. On the green buff bar this boon reads gain 20 power per kill and stacks up to 30 times. Yet in the boon section it reads gain 135 power... Difference of 115 power there. Multiply that by 30 and it's 600 power in the green indicator buff bar.... And 4050 power as it reads in buff area. I have so many other power boosting boons that I am having trouble determining which actually procs. However over 3000 power is nothing to cough at so I'm asking that this be looked into pls and thank you.

    im not sure necessarily sure which levels effect it which way, but it does that because u are fighting somewhere where the effective combat level is lower. if u are fighting somewhere where u are fighting at level 70 its 115, but if u are fighting somewhere where it is leveling u down, it stacks by 20. its just like how damage resistance and etc is scaled differently by the effective level.

    It's just a typo in the buff bar. I tested this last night after seeing this post earlier in the day.

    I had 5 stacks, which gave me a power rating of 31,503. When the stacks expired, I had 30,828.

    31,503 - 30,828 = 675

    675 / 5 = 135

    135 is what's stated in the boon
