Where To Find Psion Armor?

in General Discussion (Xbox One)
The latest update has a unique new piece of armor for each dungeon or skirmish. You can view all of the new armor in the item collection area and see where each comes from except for one, Psion Armor. Ide like to aquire it for my Cleric but cant determine where it comes from, can someone help me please? ☺

    Do you have to open a chest to receive it?

    Mineverwinter just dropped with a ring at the end etc. Probally can drop in chest too I wouldn't be suprised.

    i got the chest armor piece for my warlock in throne if the dwarven gods. in the chest that requires at least a lesser demonic key
