Will movement stat stacking noticeably increase my speed running around? How much do I need for noticeably difference?

    I have 14000 mobility and I run faster than the fastest mounts. It's a beautiful thing.

    The post above me left out some things.. insignia themselves stack well plus there is a mount that grants 4000 mobility.

    I didn't mean stack insignia bonus just insignia's for mobility

    Is there a cap on movement speed rating? Does it ever hit diminishing returns?

    I'm BiS movement. There are no diminishing returns.

    5x dark 12s
    15 epic vigor insignia
    4000 mount bonus
    Gladiator guile x5
    What else besides class specific feats/ powers?

    Scroll of fate: movement (winter event )
    gear (rings and cloaks) with weird/ extra utility slot positions(potential for extra dark rank 12 ) ... low and high level gear
    battlehorn clicky adds extra movement temporarily too
    artefacts with movement on them....auroras whole Realm catalogue for example ...
    new weapons set adds more moment on dodges as well ..

    @tacobeast94 how much movement is that exactly?

    @brick#6890 the wind set comes to mind, also movement from artifacts like the symbol of wind or shard of orcus.
