Not receiving all astral diamonds from epic dungeon chest

Sometimes when completing epic shores dungeon it says I have received 345 astral diamonds and 2,588 astral diamonds however I only ever actually receive the 345. This has cost me a significant amount of rough ad.

    You should only be receiving the larger amount for your first 2 runs of the day. After that, you will receive the smaller amount until you hit the limit. Is this not the case for you?

    Are the other items showing up? I'm now out a total of 4 keys from dungeons where the chests have locked up. One each day

    The issue I am having is after completion of any dungeon/. I receive 0 diamonds just get kicked out, this is about a week of this...help
